Thomas became the butt of all jokes after an embarassing sexual harrassment lawsuit and a terrible tenure with the organization.

Knicks fans became incensed with the way Thomas ran the team into the ground and demanded his firing.

He did such an incredibly bad job that it’s unfathomable how the team could think it’s a good idea to bring him back in any role.

Despite the announcement, Thomas plans to continue with his current role as head coach at Florida International.
